Located in the center of Upper Montgomery County, Germantown Town Center is accessible by car, MARC train, Ride On bus, bike, and foot, with convenient connections to I-270, Germantown Road, and the MARC Brunswick Line.
By Car
Take I-270 to Exit 15A or 15B for Germantown Road/MD-118. The Town Center is a short drive east, approximately 30 miles from Washington, D.C.
Public Transit
MARC’s Brunswick Line stops at Germantown Station, near the Town Center. Ride On routes 61, 75, and 83 also serve the area, with Route 61 connecting to Shady Grove Metro.
Bike & Walk
Sidewalks and local trails connect the Town Center to surrounding neighborhoods and nearby destinations. Bike racks are available throughout the district.
Where To Park
Convenient parking is available throughout the Germantown Town Center including surface lots and covered garages. Most visitor parking is offered free of charge.
Garage Parking
Secure, covered parking is available near retail and dining destinations along Century Boulevard.
Surface Lots
Free surface lots are spread throughout the district on and around Century Boulevard and Germantown Road for easy access.
Accessible Parking
ADA-accessible spaces are available at all major destinations across the Town Center.
